Jay Investors Limited Partnership is a leading financial institution specializing in trust management and estate planning. We are currently seeking a Trust Administrator to join our team. As a Trust Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a portfolio of trusts, specifically focusing on Private Estate, Personal Investment, and Vacation Fund Trusts.

Responsibilities:

Administer a diverse portfolio of trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to facilitate trust administration
Prepare and review trust documents, including legal agreements, asset management plans, and beneficiary designations
Monitor trust investments and assets, making recommendations for adjustments as needed
Facilitate the distribution of trust assets, ensuring timely and accurate payments to beneficiaries
Provide exceptional client service and respond to inquiries from beneficiaries and external parties
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in trust administration

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in trust administration, preferably with a focus on Private Estate, Personal Investment, and Vacation Fund Trusts
Strong knowledge of trust laws, tax regulations, and fiduciary responsibilities
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
