As a Travel Consultant, you will utilize your exceptional customer service and organizational skills to help clients plan and book their ideal travel experiences. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Provide expert advice and knowledge on various destinations, ensuring clients have a memorable and personalized travel experience
- Offer exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving any issues, and ensuring client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and new tourism offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and achieve company objectives
- Maintain client records and ensure accurate documentation of all travel bookings
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing travel itineraries, arranging visas and travel insurance, and processing payments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field is preferred
- Strong passion for travel, with first-hand knowledge of popular destinations
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently, with excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with travel booking software and online research
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work during peak travel seasons and weekends as required
