DRC Logistics LLC is a leading company in the transportation and warehousing industry, specializing in providing passenger car leasing services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Transportation Services Manager to join our team.

As a Transportation Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our transportation services division. Your primary role will involve coordinating and supervising transportation activities, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of passenger car leasing services to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and enforce transportation policies and procedures
Manage and optimize fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, routing, and scheduling
Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of transportation staff
Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to transportation operations
Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
Analyze transportation data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries related to transportation services

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation services management
Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing fleet operations
Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in computer systems and transportation management software
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
