As a Social Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals and families in need within our community.
- Responsibilities:
- Assessing and evaluating the needs of clients and connecting them with appropriate social services programs and resources.
- Conducting comprehensive intake interviews and maintaining accurate client records and case files.
- Collaborating with community organizations and government agencies to advocate for improved social services and welfare programs.
- Providing counseling and emotional support to clients experiencing difficulties.

- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Empathy and sensitivity towards individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to multitask and handle crisis situations effectively.
