Job Description:
Cochise College Bookstore, a leading college bookstore in Sierra Vista, AZ, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Bookstore Manager to oversee all aspects of our bookstore operations. As the manager, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising a team of employees, and driving sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise bookstore staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating employees
- Ensure efficient and effective bookstore operations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of merchandise
- Create and implement promotional strategies to drive sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
- Manage the bookstore budget and ensure profitability
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably in a bookstore or similar environment
