As a Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide specialized outpatient care to patients with various medical needs. The ideal candidate has a strong clinical background and exceptional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the outpatient setting
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and document patient progress; identify and address any changes in condition
Educate patients and their families about medications, treatments, and post-care instructions
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development

Qualifications:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arizona
Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient or ambulatory care settings
Strong knowledge of specialized outpatient procedures and treatments
Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
