Job Summary:

Jbs Real Estate is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a vital role in assisting prospective tenants in finding their ideal rental property and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with your in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, will be crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

Showcasing rental properties to potential tenants and providing detailed property information
Assisting prospective tenants with their rental inquiries, conducting property tours, and addressing any concerns
Negotiating leasing terms, preparing lease agreements, and facilitating the signing process
Conducting thorough background and credit checks of potential tenants
Collecting and processing rental applications and ensuring all required documentation is complete
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, tenant information, and leasing activities
Collaborating with property managers to ensure timely property maintenance and repairs
Monitoring and coordinating move-in and move-out procedures
Addressing tenant grievances and resolving any rental-related disputes

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field preferred
Proven work experience as a Real Estate Leasing Agent or similar role
Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with tenants and property owners
Proficient in using real estate management software and MS Office Suite
Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
