Raintree Property Management Inc, a leading real estate company located in Florence, AZ, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of dwellings other than apartment buildings. This includes managing a portfolio of properties, maintaining a high occupancy rate, ensuring effective maintenance and repair services, and providing excellent customer service to tenants.

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring high occupancy rates and maximizing rental income
Handle all aspects of tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and dispute resolution
Coordinate with maintenance and repair contractors to ensure timely resolution of issues
Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
Handle the marketing and advertising of vacant units to attract qualified tenants
Develop and implement property management policies, procedures, and best practices
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management
Strong knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage multiple properties and prioritize tasks
Proficient in property management software and MS Office suite
Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
