Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator to join our team at Cpes, a leading non-profit organization in Tucson, AZ. As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various individual and family social services programs, as well as supporting our social service and welfare organizations initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of individuals and families in our community
Coordinate and monitor the delivery of social services programs
Collaborate with community partners to enhance program effectiveness
Assess program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement
Provide support and guidance to program staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in social work or a related field
Proven experience in program coordination and management
Strong knowledge of individual and family social services
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
Detail-oriented and highly organized
