Job Description:

Southern Arizona Painting LLC, a leading construction company specializing in painting and paper hanging services, is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Painting Estimator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed assessments of project requirements, specifications, and drawings.
Estimate material and labor costs accurately for each project.
Prepare comprehensive project proposals and bids.
Create and maintain detailed records of all estimates, proposals, and bids.
Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure project requirements are met within budget.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience as a Painting Estimator in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of painting and paper hanging techniques, materials, and industry standards.
Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and drawings.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
