Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team at Radio Fence Of Arizona, a leading supplier of lumber and building materials in Sierra Vista, AZ.

As a Lumber and Building Materials Sales Associate, you will assist customers in selecting and purchasing the right materials for their construction projects. You will provide exceptional customer service, offer product recommendations, and ensure that customers have a positive experience at our store.

Assist customers in locating and selecting appropriate building materials, such as lumber, plywood, windows, doors, and roofing materials.
Provide expert advice and recommendations on product features and benefits.
Use the store's computer system to process orders, track inventory, and generate invoices or receipts.
Ensure the showroom and aisles are well-maintained and stocked at all times.
Collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends and new products to effectively answer customer questions and increase sales.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in sales, customer service, or the building materials industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of lumber and building materials, including different types of wood, insulation, roofing materials, and hardware.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
Computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
Physically able to lift and carry heavy items, as necessary.
