Job Description:
- Provide legal advice and counsel to the company on various legal matters.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Participate in negotiations and provide guidance on legal implications.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar association and license to practice law in Arizona.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
