Landscape Contract Manager

Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of landscape contracts and ensure compliance with all terms and conditions
Coordinate with clients to understand their specific landscaping needs and develop customized solutions
Supervise daily operations of landscaping crews to ensure efficient and on-time completion of projects
Monitor and control project budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during project execution
Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape contracting or a related field
Strong knowledge of landscaping practices, materials, and equipment
Proven track record of successfully managing landscaping projects from inception to completion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in computer software applications related to landscaping project management
Certification in landscape contracting or horticulture is preferred
