My Sweet Tooth Ice Cream is a well-established ice cream shop located in Marana, AZ. We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ice Cream Shop Assistant. As an Ice Cream Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving ice cream products, and maintaining a clean and organized shop environment.
Responsibilities:
- Attend to customers' inquiries and provide excellent service
- Scoop and serve ice cream, toppings, and other frozen treats
- Operate cash register and handle customer payments
- Ensure the shop area is clean, well-stocked, and properly maintained
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required
