Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Florist to join our team at Ikebana Rinka, a leading flower shop located in Sierra Vista, AZ. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, such as weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and corporate events.

Responsibilities:

Create unique and visually appealing floral arrangements based on client preferences and event themes
Select and purchase flowers, plants, and other materials needed for arrangements
Arrange flowers in vases, bouquets, and other containers using different techniques
Ensure that arrangements are delivered to clients in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in selecting appropriate floral products
Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
Keep work area clean and organized

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Florist or in a similar role
Proficient knowledge of floral design techniques and different flower varieties
Strong creativity and artistic skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Good communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays
Knowledge of plant care and maintenance
