Job Description:

United Community Health Center-Maria Auxiliadora, Inc is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Physician to join our team at our Green Valley location. As a Family Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to older adults. You will work in collaboration with our multi-disciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest standard of patient care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough medical assessments and examinations of patients
Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic illnesses
Prescribe and manage medication regimens
Order and interpret diagnostic tests
Develop personalized treatment plans for patients
Provide patient education on preventive healthcare and health promotion
Collaborate with specialists and refer patients when necessary

Qualifications:

Medical degree from an accredited School of Medicine
Board certification in Family Medicine
Active medical license in the state of Arizona
Proven experience in providing primary care to patients of all ages
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
