Oracle Road Rent-All-Sales Inc is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Equipment Rental Sales Representative to join our team. As a leading provider of equipment rental and leasing services in Tucson, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing the best equipment solutions for our clients.
- Responsibilities:
- Identify rental equipment needs of customers and provide appropriate recommendations
- Assist customers in selecting the right equipment for their projects
- Process rental orders and ensure accurate documentation
- Handle inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional service at all times
- Conduct equipment inspections and ensure proper maintenance before and after rentals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote additional rental equipment and services to increase sales
- Stay updated on industry trends and knowledge of equipment functionality
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in equipment rental, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
