Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of cotton farming operations, including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and pest control.

- Manage a team of farm workers, providing guidance, training, and supervision.
- Monitor field conditions, crop growth, and irrigation practices to make necessary adjustments and ensure crop health and yield.

Qualifications:
