Job Description:

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School is seeking a dedicated and passionate Catholic School Teacher to join our team. As a Catholic Junior High School, we strive to provide a nurturing and academically stimulating environment for our students.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective classroom instruction to students in various subjects, including English, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
Develop lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments aligned with the school's curriculum and standards.
Establish a positive classroom climate that promotes learning, respect, and spiritual growth.
Provide individualized support and guidance to students to ensure their academic progress and personal development.
Collaborate with fellow teachers, parents, and school administration to foster a strong educational community.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Elementary or Secondary Education.
Valid teaching certification or credential in the state of Arizona.
Experience working in a Catholic educational environment is preferred.
Strong understanding of Catholic teachings and ability to incorporate faith-based instruction into daily lessons.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students in active learning.
